At Gaba, our motivation resides in our love for food and the experiences created through it. Gaba´s cuisine is constantly exploring different styles and prioritizes our produce’s quality and our team´s passion

We believe that as we gather experience and knowledge, our creations keep on mutating, along with Gaba´s menu. Always respecting our ingredient’s natural cycle, our dishes vary in response to the current season.

Our goal is to be a space in which experiences of delight and connection are constantly happening around the table. All through special flavors in a cozy, feel-good space.

 

Chef Victor Toriz started his career as a cook in Bestia LA, where he worked for 3 years before moving to Here’s Looking at You. He decided to return to Mexico working between the kitchens of Arca in Tulum and Emilia in Mexico City. Gaba is his first project, located in Condesa, Mexico City.
